This was is first international trip that I had been planning for more than a year and at last I was able to make it along with 2 of my friends.
Why Srilaka?
Well, I said this is my first international trip and hence we wanted to go some nearby place where there are not much of a formalities. So, as an Indian, the options available for us is all SAARC countries. SAARC nations have relaxed norms to facilitate easy travel for it citizens. As a Tamilan, what best option can there be apart from Sri Lanka? Sri Lanka, as you can see from map, appears as a natural extension of Tamilnadu with a shallow sea water of just <30Kms seperating them.
